We support the Technical Resource Group (TRG), which provides
information, training and guidance for departmental/divisional technology support
providers. This also provides a chance to network with other technology support providers
from across the unit.

We represent the unit for Corporate Time and for the Calendaring implementation team. We
can assist with configuration, client training, and Palm support issues.
